Over the course of the last week, I have helped several people get from hopelessness to a restored sense of empowerment. Along the way, I have met some pretty incredible people that inspire me even more than I was before conversing with them. These people basically said, "Yes, I have problems that would usually be the reason others give up but Amanda Danielle these same problems are my basis to keep pushing."

My God! How powerful is that? These persons remind me of myself! I've experienced my share of trials and tribulations but my desire to succeed has been stronger than all problems that came along the way. These are the type of people that will succeed in this world. These are the types of people that make me proud to be who I am.

So, if you are a person that has been struggling with getting from valley to high ground I want to let you know that you are not alone and that there is still a brighter day.

To be completely honest, when I first started in this industry, I was not heavily guided and I did not yield the results that I wanted to from my business. I wanted to blame my upline, their upline, the company, and everyone in between because I wanted results and I wasn't getting any!

So, what did I have to do? Stop playing the blame game and really just push play on my business. What does it mean to push play?

Well think of it this way: I had to position myself to learn everything that I needed to learn in order to have the type of business that I wanted by myself. I did not have time to complain and bellyache over what other people were contributing or not contributing to my success!

I had to push play and make it happen. If I wanted to see results in my business, I had to learn how to market it effectively, talk to people, and the whole nine and a half yards! and that came from research, practice, and more research!

Just yesterday I had an experience that I will never forget. I have invested in a good friend that needed help in getting her business up and running. She is very sweet and so I graciously made myself available to cover her in the case she didn't understand how to do something.

She got setup correctly with all of the bells and whistles in place to take her business off to the races and I never charged her a cent. I don't want to either. This may seem familiar to you or totally foreign. I don't know but this is what happened.

As a result of my graciousness, she decided to grant me a customer for my business with no commission and no strings attached. She could have earned a referrer's free but declined as she reminded me that I never charged her a cent. This was a new thing for me to not charge anyone for something and still somehow get paid for my work anyway.

I encourage you to try this selfless act and test the works of the universe. Sometimes selflessness turns into profit, too.

When I first started developing my brand as an entrepreneur I was completely lost as to what steps I needed to take in order to go from $0 in sales to constant cash flow. So I spent lots of money in everything with no real systems in place for creating a really solid business. If it was out there I probably tried it and that got me nowhere.

So I had to rework my strategy. I had to stop the payments and get clarity. I needed clarity on where I wanted to take my business and what exactly it is that I wanted out of this experience. So after several months of no results and lots of payouts to programs X, Y, and Z I gave myself time to learn my industry. Oh yes! I learned the language, the rules, the laws, and then gave myself a plan. 

I found a good set of mentors that could show me exactly what needed to be done in order to get real results. Let's face it! We cannot earn an income from a great smile and no plan of action. With my new plan in hand, I basically became an overnight success!
